- Your booking is secured with a non refundable deposit equivalent to the tariff for a one night stay
- Payment of the deposit can be made by cheque or credit card. We accept most credit cards
- Deposits are non-returnable under any circumstances
- In the event of cancellation or curtailment of your stay at the Con Amore, we will make every effort to re-let your booking. If the accommodation remains unoccupied we are entitled to retain your deposit and ask for a further payment to compensate us for our loss
About us
Your hosts are Carol and Keith Richards, They have owned the guest house since December of 1994. Building up their excellent reputation over the years, Con Amore thrives on it's high standards and has certainly achieved to convey a smart, tidy home, away from home.
Con Amore was once a traditional Cornish home owned and maintained by a retired Victorian gentlemen. Keith and Carol refurbished the house completely, giving the more contemporary yet cosy appeal that Con Amore provides today.
Although still featuring some of the older Victorian characteristics. Guests are delivered first class service throughout their visit.

In this time we have completely refurbished Con Amore to a very high standard and are pleased to say that we are now having guests that are regulars. We have both been pleased by how far we have been able to take Con Amore in such a small space of time and in this time have met and made friends with our guests from all around the world. "
We have a variety of rooms available to suit any persons' needs. We are able to accommodate people with disabilities and can make arrangements for pets such as dogs. All of our rooms have central heating for any chilly night, a television, hairdryer and coffee and tea making facilities.
